  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, followed by a tracking link when it is shipped.
  • During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery within India usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • For metro cities, delivery is often completed within 3–5 days.
  • Remote areas may take up to 10 days, depending on courier service availability.
  • We currently ship across India. International shipping will be introduced soon.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a minimal handling fee may apply.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before final payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pin codes across India.
  • Please ensure accurate address details and contact number for smooth delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with the tracking number and courier partner details.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
