At Echores, we value your satisfaction and understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel your purchase and receive a refund as per our brand’s terms.


1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return after receiving it as per our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at support@wearechores.com with your Order ID and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
  2. If your order is still in the processing stage, our team will confirm the cancellation and initiate a refund.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is approved.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.
  • Please note that shipping and COD handling fees (if charged) are non-refundable.

4. Partial Cancellations

If you’ve placed an order with multiple items, you may request to cancel selected items (if not yet shipped).
Refunds will be processed only for the cancelled items as per the same refund timeline.


5. Automatic Cancellations

An order may be automatically cancelled if:

  • The payment is not completed successfully.
  • The product becomes unavailable or goes out of stock.
  • The order is flagged for potential fraudulent activity.
    In such cases, a full refund will be processed automatically.

6. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If you no longer wish to keep the item, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered.
